Height fluctuations mayπ  indicate a reflow error, but using la≤←σser height checking will∑₩ ‍ allow us to capture these types of ★>₹∞defects and fix them. In addition to th ₽∑e laser height checkγ₹, we also use x-rays t←→♣₹o check whether the ball under the α'"BGA has collapsed correctly and check✔ ®≤ the bridging.
